Dear Telemarketer / Telesales person.

I am looking for professional English speaking telesales people around the world to sell online/downloadable MP3 training to companies.

This is commission only, but very attractive rates (up to 60% commission for high value training, and 100% for lead generation products)

Below is more information about our company and the training products we offer. I have removed any contact information and identifying references, but please get in touch is you are interested in selling this training into your own local market.

Please note also, the prices below are quoted in GBP, but will of course be translated into your own local currency.

The purpose of this telemarketing campaign is to GET A PAYING CUSTOMER!

Once we have a paying customer, we can together upsell them and provide them with more valuable training which will help them grow their business...

...but in the first place, we have to get them to 'buy into' our vision, understand what our training is, what it can do for them, how it works... AND get them to make a first purchase, of whatever size, price or product.

Clearly, we would both rather this first sale was at £1,000+, but if it is £49, that is good too, as we have an ongoing opportunity to upsell to them later.

At the heart of what our company offers, is 'Profit Growth Training' for employees and managers.

All companies want more profit growth, but very few purposefully train their staff how to be more profitable.

Why not?

Possibly because no one is offering low-cost, scalable, massively affordable profit growth training which is available for ALL employees and managers. But we are!

Our profit growth training is based on training staff in the fundamentals of business-owner-thinking and profit growth.

All companies want their employees to take more responsibility, more ownership, be more creative and customer focused... this is what our training delivers.

What makes our training different?

Our training comes from extensive research into 'what makes business-owners and their companies successful and profitable', and it is this research which forms the backbone of our profit growth training.

The course author (name removed), met with over 50 leading UK entrepreneurs (including <<< names removed>>> to uncover from them what makes them and their companies achieve the extraordinary results they do.

In short, business growth almost always comes down to people... and getting the people in the company to think, act and make decisions more like the business owner themselves. This is what our training course delivers.

Unlike most training which is classroom based, our training is delivered either through our online training portal, or it can be downloaded to an employees MP3 player, computer, mobile phone or any other device which plays MP3 (This delivery format is just one of our unique selling points).

The per-person price of our profit growth training for 20+ hours is just £199 (as opposed to the typical price of around £500+ for 8 hours of classroom training). The course is studied little-and-often for around just 15 to 20 minutes day, or a week - depending on how fast the trainee wants to study.

The £199 price comes down with the more numbers of employees who are trained - all the way to £49/person for 1000+ users.

Telemarketers who can close sales of our flagship Profit Growth Training Programme on the phone can retain a full 60% commission. On a sale of £1,000 (i.e. five users), this is £600. On a sale of £10,000 (which might be a site licence), this is £6,000.

NB: If the course creator needs to get involved with the sale, your 60% commission will be reduced as necessary.

We also have a couple of other products to offer to get the first sale (and get a paying customer onboard).

1. << link removed >> - this introduces companies to our work, and allows them to licence one of our books and distribute it to up to 50 of their employees for just £49.99 + VAT. Telemarketers who sell this can retain 100% of the revenue.

2. We also have a couple of books we offer for free. These are actually identical books, but rebranded for different readers. The links to these are:

The attractiveness of these offerings is that they can be upsold, downsold or given away for free as needed.

We can also package our core profit growth training programme in different price points as required -- i.e. we can offer an intrductory package for 10 users for just £999 + VAT - and include a single user copy of << name removed >> for free (this is the original course which includes ALL the original research with business owners.

Alternatively, we can preload the course onto MP3 players and sell five training licences for £999 + P&P + VAT. Some people will prefer to have a physical product, and this is something we can ship to them in a box. Because of the additional cost, you will receive 60% of the profit (after deducting the cost of MP3 players and workbooks, which are around £40 per person).

Our target market is this:

1. MDs, Business Owners, Executives responsible for business growth (this could even be a department manager with 5 to 10 employees). These executives want to see results.

2. HR, Training and learning professionals - these professionals typically control training budgets.

The size of companies we target are those with more than 20 employees, all the way up to multi-nationals with tens of thousands of employees.

Possible sales outcomes...

Our initial thinking regarding telemarketing is this:

1. To start by introducing the full profit growth training programme - and making an introductory offer (i.e. 10 licences for £999 + VAT) - or 5 physical preloaded MP3 players for £999 + P&P + VAT). If this works, we have our paying customer, and can go back and offer more licences at a later date.

2. If we cannot interest them in the full training programme, we can downsell them to the book club.

3. If we cannot interest them in the first two options, we can offer them one of our free books (depending on who they are - MD or training professional) - and contact them again later, to upsell them to one of our our non-free products.
