Kangacrew are a small, fast growing company with an already well-established reputation in the Midlands and South East. Our consultants work with Day Nurseries and Pre-Schools, placing candidates in roles from Nursery Assistants, Nursery Nurses, Seniors, Room Leaders, Deputy’s and Managers.

We are opening a new office in Winchester and are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to come on board and build the business in Hampshire. This is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate; you will be working from an office in a well-known Nursery in Winchester, where you will be in charge of your own desk and daily activities.

Good time management, a pro-active approach to work and flexibility is a must, as this is a completely new site – the role requires dedication and commitment. Although working with large amount of autonomy in your role, you will also have consistent support from senior consultants and managers at Kangacrew and full training will be given when employment commences.

Parking is available at the Nursery. Salary is negotiable will be discussed at interview stage.

We offer 25 days annual leave among other benefits. OTE will be discussed at interview stage.
