Full Job Description
A Dynamic, Proactive, Positive, Friendly Person Required To Bring Fresh New Ideas Established Family Run Care Home.
To manage all aspects of the homes operation, actively encouraging a person centered positive approach to care.
The ideal candidate will be:
Able to remain positive under pressure.
Above all friendly and approachable.
Have strong leadership skills.
An understanding of Dementia.
Have a high level of verbal communication skills.
Be caring and empathetic in nature.
Have strong standards with a hands on approach.
Can work towards professional growth and development, both personally and within the care home environment.
Hours. Mon – Fri. 9am – 5.30pm.
Every other Sat or Sun. 9am – 4pm.
